Cream Cheese + sugar free yogurt + splenda =

So as I've told you before we are off sugar in this house, at least for now. In a few weeks we will be allowing ourselves a treat on the weekends. But really, it got out of hand.

That doesn't mean my sweet tooth has in anyway subsided. I long for sugar, long, long, long.

Last night I was hankering for something sweet so I decided to go on a hunt for things to pair together. This is what I came up with. An airy, creamy, strawberry delight of a dessert. I really don't know what to call it. How about desperate for sweets for sweets?

What you'll need:

16 ounces cream cheese. I used Breakstone's Temp Tee Whipped Cream Cheese. It was divine.

1- 6 ounce container sugar free strawberry yogurt

2 tsp splenda - or I used two drops EZ-Sweetz

1 tsp vanilla extract

Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and whip with your mixer.

Add in the yogurt, vanilla and sweetener.

Mix throughougly and place mixed contents into a bowl.

Let "set" in the freezer for a couple of hours.

It will make this delicious pudding/cheese cake hybrid. You will really like it.

Yum - I bet this would make an amazing dip! You are stronger than I, giving up sugar. Everything has sugar nowadays! Good Luck :)

I'm not going to lie Nicole. It's hard. I hate it. I want sugar and carbs and potatoes and pasta. All in one big bowl.
