Disappearing Brownies (Made from Cake Mix!)
So last week we talked about how even the most devoted made from scratch baker doesn't always have time to bake from scratch. Girl, you are busy!
The other day I wanted to make Sweet Husband some brownies. But I was tired, and I didn't feel like measuring out cocoa.
Cake mix to the rescue!

This is, by far, the easiest way to make brownies especially if you're like me and you think boxed brownie mix is too cakey.
Let's get stated.
What you'll need:
A box chocolate cake mix (the kind that says butter on the box is the way to go)
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup water
Optional: bag chocolate chips, 1 cup walnuts etc. etc.
Preheat oven 350.
In a bowl combine your ingredient. Mix thoroughly.
Spray a 8 by 8 pan and spread mix into pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
I covered mine in cream cheese frosting. You can use this recipe or you can use a can (no one will tell on you).
They don't last long.
Clearly Sweet Husband liked them!
