Meal Plan Monday 10-29-12

 

Good morning. I hope you are all well and not being impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

I am enjoying this cool weather in South Alabama this morning. It is currently 40 degrees at my house. It. Is. Awesome!

We had a pretty eventful weekend.

Since it's baby boy's first Halloween we took him to the pumpkin patch.

He humored us and posed with a pumpkin. But he did not enjoy the day. We rode a steam train and it was a little too loud for him. He never truly got over it.

But let's truck on, shall we? It is Meal Plan Monday, afterall.

Monday: Chicken and Dressing. This is a great way to use up left over chicken and who said dressing was just for Thanksgiving?

Tuesday: Pork Tacos!

Wednesday: We're taking the baby to a Halloween event so we will probably eat out 

Thursday: Baked manicotti

Friday: Leftovers!

This is going to be a fun week with Halloween smack dab in the middle of it. What are your plans? Are you taking the kids to do something special?
