Good morning! It is a beautiful day outside. It is cool and the sun is shining and the grass in the field behind our house is as green as it can be.
I took a little break from Meal Plan Monday in November. I took a break from daily blogging. I've been tired and sick and trying to keep up with my little guy while growing another little person. I needed a break! But I'm back. And here is this week's menu.

Monday: Lasagna! Publix has their lasagna noodle on sale. This is a big deal because lasagna noodles are never BOGO.
Tuesday: Beef stroganoff. Simple and easy and my husband's favorite!
Wednesday: Sausage and black bean skillet
Thursday: Chicken Rice Casserole
Friday: Tilapia with roast vegetables
