Stretching ingredients: Mushroom baked ziti

Let's face it meat is expensive. Remember when you could get ground beef for $.99 a pound? Yeah, neither do I. What's a good price for ground  beef? Who knows anymore. 

Last week I was able to find it for around $2 a pound. It was a joyous occasion. So I wanted to come up with a few recipes to really stretch that meat out without anyone feeling like they were short changed.
