Good morning! Well, it's getting suspiciously close to the afternoon here in South Alabama. I think there has been a time theft!
The little bits and I have been up and moving since about the wee small hours of the morning. The wee, wee, small hours. That kid has got to start sleeping longer or Mama here is going to have some sort of exhaustion induced fit of hysterics in the middle of the grocery store. I kid, I kid. He is a very easy baby.
But it's Monday, which means one thing round these parts- Meal Plan Monday.
I have to say I reluctantly entered into Meal Plan Monday. But it's done wonders to stream line my week. And as I pick up more clients it helps. (Did I mention I run a business? You really should hire me.)

I am trying some new recipes this week, and of course, I will share.
Monday- Herb and lemon leg quarters in the crock pot with steamed vegetables. This is so easy and I will share. It's cooking right now and smells divine!
Tuesday- Tropical Pork Tenderloin. I am so excited about this. Pineapple and pork. Does it get any better???
Wednesday- Cowboy chicken. My version. It's super simple.
Thursday- Chicken Fricassee. I've never made this before. We shall see.
Friday- Tortilla soup
I also have a massive amount of things I need to accomplish.
I have to start a new billing system.
Set up some firm office hours.
I have about a bajillion emails to send
Make Greek yogurt.
Make and properly label some veggie stock.
The list continues.
