Good morning! We're up and at 'em on this Monday morning. Little bits and I are about to hit the gym. Well he won't. He can't walk yet. But this Mama is getting on the treadmill.
So, it's Monday, which means it's time to plan this week's menu.

Monday- Roast Chicken in the Crock Pot with Carrots and other vegetables. This is so simple. Everyone should know how to do this.
Tuesday- Pork Loin with basil. It's very fragrant and quite delicious.
Wednesday- Chopped Chicken and Bleu Cheese Salad. This is another very basic recipe that I will be sure to share and includes a homemade Bleu cheese vinaigrette.
Thursday- Mushroom and carmelized onion smothered chicken breasts
Friday- Tilapia with an Asian Vegetable medley.
