Meal Plan Monday 1-14-13

Good morning. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Ours was very laid back and I always apreciate that. 

We enjoyed some free pancakse at IHOP, a free cup of coffee at Starbucks and a free movie rental from Redbox. I love free, don't you. 

Now it's time to buckle down for a BUSY week ahead. My husband turns 30 this week, I am prepping for my mother-in-law to come visit and there is a giveaway HAPPENING HERE on Friday. 

Monday: BBQ Chicken leg quarters made with soda. I have a lot of soda left from my party. We don't drink it so I am finding ways to use it. 

Tuesday: Meatloaf and mashe potatoes. It's Jason's birthday!

Wednesday: Cheesey Cornbread

Thursday: Pork Roast

Friday: Pulled pork tacos
