Hello everyone! Did you have a great weekend? Was it relaxing and peaceful? I sure hope so.
My mother-in-law came for a visit and Jason and I went on a date Saturday. It was very nice. But man am I tired, I am having pregnancy insomnia. I think I am slowly losing sanity over here.
But, we press on and here we are ready to plan our meals. If you're not a meal planner I have jotted down a few reasons you should give it a try.
Monday: Lasagna Casserole . This is such a simple recipe. This time I am using meat, but I might make two, one for now and one for later. We shall see.
Tuesday: Crock pot roast chicken. This is by far the easiest way to roast a whole chicken.
Wednesday: Chicken, broccoli au gratin. This will be made from the leftovers and I will post this recipe later this week.
Thursday: Burritos! A little meet, a few beans and a lot of cheese.
Friday: Pizza Night! And no, this isn't even homemade. It's from the freezer thanks to the great B2G1 coupons last week.
