Peanut Butter & Jelly Cake

It's back to school time. I know because there have been about 1 million Target commercials telling me it's time to buy school supplies.

My sweet boy will be going to "big boy school" a couple days a week. I will write more on this later, but he started this summer and it has been like night and day with his vocabulary and social skills.

Back to school reminds me of school lunches. Which reminds me of my favorite childhood lunch- PB&J. This of course led me to bake a cake.

I present you with the PB&J cake! I came up with it Sunday. (It's just an excuse to eat cake, right??)

Creamy Chicken Parmesan With White Sauce

This is one of the most "searched" recipes in my archives. I thought I would share it again.

Orange Marmalade Muffins, Nostalgia, Books and my Genie

I've really been missing my grandmother lately. Mainly because I just had another baby two months ago, but also because... well... she just rocked as an old lady.

No, this isn't her recipe. But the story behind it reminds me of her.
