Three baby items that are a waste of money.

Three baby items that are a waste of money..jpg

I can’t believe in just a few weeks I will have another baby! Ah. And since this is my fourth time around I feel pretty well versed in what I need and what I don’t.

As a reminder, I have new videos every Monday and Thursday on YouTube, so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss anything! Also while your at it, subscribe to my newsletter for all the goodies!

A baby changing table.

And what I mean by that is a table made just for changing a baby and storing diapers. They are cumbersome, take up space and can be quite expensive.

Instead we just popped a changing pad on top of a dresser. We have plenty of room to store baby clothes, diapers and more and it isn’t take up more space.

Baby wash cloths/towels and robes

Babies are tiny. They wear little tiny clothes and little tiny socks. Do you know what you don’t need? More tiny things to fold. So baby sized wash cloths and towels are just one more thing you don’t need in your life. Instead buy a pack of wash cloths your WHOLE family can use and skip the little tiny baby ones.

And baby bathrobes? Why? I know they are cute. I mean a baby in a bathrobe, that is cute. But it’s really not something you need. Just wrap that cutie pie in a regular towel and snuggle away.

A baby food blender

I love making my own baby food. It saves money. I know what’ in the food. It’s easy. But a regular blender works just fine. Just steam and blend and you’re good to go!
